4.3 Refer a Friend

JL9999's Refer a Friend program awards a cash bonus to the referring player when an eligible friend registers and completes their first deposit. Refer a Friend bonuses carry standard wagering requirements and are subject to the general bonus terms in this section.

4.4 General Bonus Conditions

The following conditions apply to all JL9999 bonuses and promotions:

• JL9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify players from bonus participation if abuse is detected.

Sports Betting Rules and Settlement

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets at JL9999 are subject to acceptance at the time of placement. JL9999 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the maximum stake accepted on any selection at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a JL9999 bet confirmation reference number. Bets pending confirmation are not binding on JL9999.

5.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds offered by JL9999 are set at JL9999's discretion and may be changed at any time prior to bet confirmation. Bets are settled at the odds shown at the time the bet was confirmed, not the odds displayed at the time you first viewed the market. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, JL9999's system will prompt you to accept or decline the new price. You are never placed at a new price without your explicit acceptance.

5.3 Postponed and Abandoned Events

• Postponed events: If a match or event is postponed before it commences, all bets are voided and stakes returned within 24 hours. Exception: if the event is rescheduled and takes place within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time, JL9999 may elect to keep bets standing and settle them on the rescheduled date.
• Abandoned events: If a match is abandoned after commencing, bets are generally voided unless the result or specific market outcome has already been definitively determined. JL9999 will settle or void individual markets on a market-by-market basis using available official data.
• Football matches: For a football match result market to stand, a minimum of 90 minutes of play (including injury time) must be completed, unless the match produces a definitive result before that point (e.g., a forfeit).

5.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

JL9999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market prices due to a technical error or data feed malfunction. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned in full. JL9999 will notify affected players within 24 hours of any void decision made under this clause.

Casino and Live Dealer Game Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino and live dealer games at JL9999 are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems for digital games, and trained professional dealers for live dealer products. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories. 6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or malfunction during a casino game round, the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. Decisions made following such review are final.

Player Conduct and Prohibited Behaviour

Players at JL9999 are expected to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Opening multiple accounts (including via family members or associates) to circumvent account-level restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.
• Using any automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or other technology to gain unfair access to JL9999's markets or systems.
• Arbitrage betting with bonus funds or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a way inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

Account Security and Password

Account Suspension, Restriction, and Closure

11.1 JL9999's Right to Restrict Accounts

JL9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time with or without prior notice if JL9999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player is engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.

11.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity and no open bets. JL9999 will notify dormant account holders by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. A monthly administration fee of ₱100 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from dormant accounts commencing 12 months after the last recorded activity. No administration fee will reduce a balance below zero. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in — no additional steps required.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your JL9999 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Limitation of Liability

JL9999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While JL9999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability, the platform may experience downtime due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside JL9999's control. JL9999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.

JL9999's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount of the bet or deposit directly related to that claim. Nothing in these Terms limits JL9999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Changes to These Terms

JL9999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, product features, or business operations. When material changes are made, JL9999 will provide notice via email to registered accounts and/or a prominent notice on the JL9999 platform for a period of not less than 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of JL9999 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of JL9999 and may request account closure as outlined in Section 11.3. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. JL9999 operates under a valid Philippine gaming license and is subject to the oversight of the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
